I have not seen a b8 s4 under 20k, even mid 20s. Where your seeing them for near 14k?

Not sure if still available but 2010 S4, 222K kms, (granted, a bit high), asking $14,750. Free carproof says no accident and serviced at Open Road Audi.
There were 2 others on CL back a few weeks ago listed by independent used car dealer but they are gone now, around 170-180K kms.

2010 Audi S4 Premium - BURNABY $14,750 | autoTRADER.ca

Need gone, buying new car. 2010 Audi S4 3.0 Premium S-tronic fully loaded with all options. I am the second owner of this car and love driving it and it preforms amazingly both in the summer and winter with the Audi Quattro and drive select. It has almost all highway miles and still has 20 months/ 30,000km left on the warranty from when I purchased it. This car has an almost new looking interior with crystal clear Bang & Olufsen stereo, heated seats, navigation, back up camera, Bluetooth, paddle shifters, blind spot assist, push button start, sunroof and much more. The exterior has a few rock chips which have been touched up and one fog light is cracked but otherwise looks very good.

Nice little wagon!

2006 A4 S-Line Quattro wagon, pretty nicely done up, lowered on H&R, Bilstein, upgraded LED headlights, well serviced, lots of warranty, 178K kms, $13,400 (a bit high). Don't know whether it is the 2.0T or the 3.2L engine though. Going to guess it's the 3.2L.

One you posted was >$12K. As for this one, yah ... I just really like the way it looks and the way it is done up. I did say price was 'a bit high'. If I was serious about this one, I wouldn't pay more than $10K.

Not a smoking deal price-wise, but it looks to be a good specimen and well-taken care of with a decent list of mods for those interested in this. I know i've always been a huge fan of this car and would be looking into this if I was in the market.

Kinda OT. But I've been told the 93 GSR is faster than the 92 GSR. Does anyone know why?

Very rare, this particular trim, the T5 with a bigger turbo engine rated 257 hp, in this year hardly ever comes up for sale used.
2006 Volvo V70 T5, $8900, pretty low kms @103k kms, no accident, one owner.

The lack of a pic including a license plate and background kinda makes it look like a fake ad but it could also just be a misguided attempt to show that it's not all door-dinged on the body panels? Leaves on the ground make it seem more legit than the fake ads you see with palm trees in the background.

1977 Toyota Celica liftback - $5250 (Surrey)

Would make a sweet project, maybe even a 1uz swap if you wanted to be really cool

1985 Toyota Celica GTS - $2000

This one too

2007 ford mustang Shelby gt500 - $15000 (Surrey)

LOL @ "minor roof damage" but the price isnt bad just for the parts, would be worth it to swap all the parts into a v6 or gt, or even a muscle car hot rod project

oddly enough that mustang also appears in this strange ad for about a dozen desirable cars for pretty good prices.

1995 Porsche 993 - $55000 (surrey)
