^ pretty sure he meant currency conversion lol.

snowfarmer 03-04-2018 06:19 PM

ah yes, that makes sense.

Hondaracer 03-04-2018 08:26 PM

Kinda unrelated but probably doesn’t deserve its own thread, have a chance to get a great deal on a 2010 G37X sedan with about 115,000kms from a family friend. Would be the wife’s new car, has been very well maintained and he’s the second owner.

Good vehicles? A good buy for a good price?

cdizzle_996 03-05-2018 05:07 AM

How much is a good deal? Under 10k?

I’ve owned a few, very reliable. Terrible on fuel, and eat front brake rotors. Aside from that they’re great cars.

Hondaracer 03-05-2018 05:51 AM

around 10, we'll see, friend is trading in a few vehicles on a new truck and may cut a deal too good to refuse

TouringTeg 03-05-2018 07:53 PM

Has anyone looked at this 300zx TT for $7500?
LHD 175kms silver on black.

bcuzracecarz 03-05-2018 08:27 PM

That 300zx has been posted here at least 5 times I think, there HAS to be a reason it's still for sale. Besides the fact it's a 300zx with 175k kms

Cheapest plug in hybrid that is eligible for HOV lane.
2013 Volt, $14,500.
NOT the prettiest looking car but heck of a lot better looking than the Prius!

GabAlmighty 03-06-2018 07:32 AM

Buy it and put it back in the ground where it came from.

??
If you commute on Hwy 1 to and from Vancouver every day, say from Langley or Abby, would you not seriously consider the cheapest eligible HOV car for your daily?

underscore 03-06-2018 10:47 AM

A 5 year old Chevy with no odometer listing? I'd take the Prius option.

Hondaracer 03-06-2018 11:22 AM

Ended up buying a family friends 2010 G37X AWD L Sedan with 100,000km's for 13, car is mint beside some rock chips on the front end and full service records from Nissan. He was the second owner and sold us the car for what the dealer offered as a trade in toward buying a new truck

Car has almost been exclusively driven on 94 octane

May not be the most insane deal price wise, but imo when you can get a car you know has been meticulously cared for and serviced it feels like you got "the best example" of that vehicle or at the very least good value.

Watched quite a few reviews on it on youtube etc last night and it's never really been a car i paid much attention to, occasionally a coupe perhaps but i didnt know anything about the sedan. For a fairly loaded car, 328HP AWD, sun roof, rims, etc. decent price points for what seems like a reliable vehicle

That car sat at Honda Way in Abby for almost 2 years.

The Honda Way had a few S2k’s outrageously priced like 5 years ago (30k).

Contacted the seller. Said to me that he already traded in the car for 21K at honda way... FailFish WTF

I asked if the deal was final, he replied no, I then offered 25K, he said sorry, but no. WTF!? Through the whole conversation (via email) his excuse is to avoid meeting ppl privately. I don't get this seller.

Used 2001 BMW 325ci for Sale in Vancouver BC | OpenRoad Auto Group

This seems like a great buy from a reputable dealer: 2001 BMW 325ci 5spd manual, only 47k km! $4900

It's certified, which could add tremendous value depending on what is actually covered. That's an amazingly low km example for this car. With that said, as previous owner of 01 e46... These cars cost quite a bit for maintenance and you'll wany inspect all the plastic bits . They'll be brittle and prone to failure now. Especially the coolant and fuel pump systems.

I was cross shopping this and a 2010 Acura TL 3.7L. I eventually went with the Acura for reasons, but mine was 160k for just a little less than what you paid. You seemed to get a really good deal.
