Not sure if good buy but it looks nice with low KM. Seems like a very C&C type car I think.

Looks great - and will be on display at German Car Fest this weekend.

Great show - RS's come by, I promise there are always gems to be seen on the lawn in north van for this show.

It's one of, not number 1. It could have been number 103,201 of the first batch. Which means jack all.

According to the article, it was the first one delivered in NA. i agree that it still doesn't mean anything. *maybe* if it was 20k kms in mint condition or something.. maybe

There had also better be more evidence of the provenance than that musty old article. Possession of an old newspaper clipping about the same make/model of car doesn't prove jack sh*t. And anyway, who goes to the trouble to post those pics but doesn't post any pics of the car or provide any further detail?

I bet you can go in with $800 - $900 cash in hand (or less) and pick it up? Depending on how beat up it really is, it might be make for an acceptable beater.

Not worth $800... seriously... I bought an almost mint SVT Contour for that much with a failed fuel pump.... this is a $200-500 max car at this point

Does he mean that he purchased in Vancouver? Because if it originally sold in Vancouver why would it be in miles - or was that with all older Porsches?
