If you are interested in a 5 lug conversion, I have one kicking around. I think I have 5 x 100 Gram Lights that look a lot like your wheels to go with it.

What's the reason/benefit of a 5 lug conversion?

Way more wheel choices and a few more braking options... in other words not much benefit at all

Tks!
I bought it on a whim and never touched my Honda again after that. Plus all my 5x114 subaru wheels had honda bearing killing offsets. Quote:

But yeah, more wheel options and more braking options. Plus, you can't go with endless brakes on a 4 bolt.

One of the cleanest, most tastefully modded EG's of the time.
Nice purchase

If you click on his flickr account and scroll through to the video of the cars speedo it's pretty nuts. Dat feel when you see your speedometer needle go over more than one full rotation.

You can see an aftermarket exhaust hiding under that rear bumper. Someone should go check this out. The supercharger is worth the price of the car if it is functional.

Not necessarily...
The sohc kit used the m45 blower which was good for about 6psi of boost. After that, it was high intake temp city. Knock would be prevalent, and you were forced to dial the timing back in order to keep the pistons inside the block.
The larger m62 blower which was used in the dohc engine kit was the much better choice. I used to push 300whp out of the m62 and b18c, with reasonable intake temps, and street happy timing. Adding an "intercooler" could net you an additional 40-50whp. I dont think they ever perfected the intercooler though.

Nothing Hondata can't fix and like any honda with f/i supporting mods should be present. Those kits are still pretty rare and when they do pop up I see them between $1500-2000.

My cars had the supporting mods. I was one of the first adopters of water injection back in the mid-2000's, and one of the first to run Hondata around here, back when the alternative was V-AFC and a VTEC controller. The bottom line is that some things cannot be tuned out. High Compression still needs to be optimized with the proper fuel and timing. Same goes for FI, especially when you're maxing out the size of your blower or turbo. Small turbo/blower are designed for a certain cfm. Anything past that and it's a fine line between hot intake temps, and temps hot enough to cause knock.
Btw, if anyone is into old electronics whether for tuning, or for ironic purposes, I found my old VTEC controller.
Man, that brought me back |

Originalhypa, my original comment was on the price of the supercharger being worth the price of the car itself. I'm well aware hondata doesn't cool intake temps.
