Black AP2 with 162k km, 2 owners, for $26.5k. Higher km but comes with OEM hardtop and set of RE30s with tires.

Looks clean, and claims no accidents.

Might be just me, but I look for cars with neither.
Truthfully I'd rather a car thats been shit in than a leaky one though.

Either a lot more of them, or this car has been getting passed around a lot.

Have a chance to purchase my brother in laws 2008 Lexus ISF dark grey 34miles no accidents or claims. He’s the second owner.. it’s mint mint mint.
The problem is he lives in Houston so transporting and inspection etc has to be factored in...
what would you guys say it’s worth?

smoothie. 08-11-2018 06:04 PM

40-45k? make sure to pay in cash

tofu1413 08-11-2018 07:22 PM

Nice km. Low to mid 30k car for the ISF.

Texas is like used car Mecca and eBay is flooded with cars from there.

I found this with a quick search - under 20k USD

https://m.ebay.com/itm/2008-Lexus-IS...c&_stpos=77001

After further observation, looks like these hold value down there too... Good luck

Thats why you find “good deals” in Texas.

ya me too - I've been low key looking for a sub 15k n54 car to build up as a cheap bolt on turbo car. It'll be way down in the fleet - not worried about reliability per se. I haven't really had a turbo car since my Mini and I've never owned one that I've been able to tinker with.

Alpine white is my fav on modern bmw's

Relatively cheap Lexus IS-F

I can't find the thread about buying a fun, collector plate eligible car that you can insure for cheap, but here's an immaculate looking 4th gen Celica. My first car was one of these and I loved it to bits. Relatively low mileage so it should last you a long time too.
