I can understand how amazing of cars 993 turbos are, but jesus....That really puts it into perspective, although, if you can afford one, you can probably afford both.

dam.. 993 Turbo's have risen so much in value, I remember 5 years ago you could have picked up a really nice one for around $60k

Four years ago, London motor cars sold a yellow 993 TT with 16k kms for 93k....

those V12's are problematic.

drive by wire throttle bodies. twin ecus........ valve cover leaks all the time... which means needing to take off the intake manifold :fuckthatshit:

but it is a V12 long wheel base.. and runs regular... which is nice.

the thought of driving a built, long wheel base, twelve cylinder bmw is so undeniably intriguing, and its inexpensive enough to be disposable when it inevitably dies......

well, the V12 engine block will make a great wine rack.

Coming from a person who owned a President Sovereign which is MUCH longer than this car, I'm a big fan of long wheelbase saloons...

I can tell it's a JDM import because of the crooked license plate, and the mileage. And the fact that it's a rare Racing Dynamics version. Japan always got rare German cars, like RDs, Alpina, and AMGs. My guess is the guy got it cheap from an auction, thought he could fix it here and flip it, but bit off more what he could chew.

I emailed the guy to find out more, we'll see if he gets back to me...

I'd rock the hell out of that BMW til the engine develops some significant problem, make the V12 into a coffee table and part out the accessories. Then do a swap to who knows what, that hood looks like there's a lot of room for pretty much anything you could want to be powered by.

should have a large case LSD as well.

get some E34 manual pedal set... then you have your self a chassis that could fit anything..
