when you do this long enough, you just don't want to sink to their level. "yeah man thats a great deal, why don't you go buy that one. you'll get what you pay!" "oh man, dont miss out, just go for it!" Not worth arguing over it imo. if you don't like our deal (or car) then just don't buy it. I'm not putting a gun to your head to sign a deal. :lawl: |
lol just busting your chops tofu.. |

I know. just sharing a piece of my daily goings. everybody thinks we are sleazy greasy sales people, but there are always both sides to a story. I deal with greaseball clients that do exactly that as well to think they can leverage a better deal! :awwyeah::awwyeah::awwyeah: |
The proper response is “This is the same car as you’re selling for $4500 less” “Ok. Go buy that one then” |

Sorry guys but to make things easy. Just go buy that one. |
Whether I'm buying a loaf of bread or a sparkly car, I always prefer go to a place that might cost more but provides a better customer experience. I'd rather contribute to businesses I want to succeed (and presumably keep their employees happier too). |
for something that may need servicing, sure ie purchase bikes at the LBS, buy outdoor gear at MEC, household appliances/major electronics at costco but for anything else, i and the majority of consumers are cockroaches, there are no loyalty other than to my wallet, lowest price wins this is the internet age, i rarely need the customer service...i can do my own research, show up and know exactly what i want and what it's worth |

It can also go both ways. A seller on craigslist can make several fake ads at a higher price to make it seem their make and model is worth more money. Or someone can make fake ads at a higher price if their own car is totalled and hoping the icbc adjuster will look at the used market to see the value of the car. Fucking scammers. |
