Reputable shops for servicing E30 BMW's

I'm looking for any reputable shops or specialists that won't kill my wallet, yet know what their doing.
Could anyone chime in on anywhere in the lower mainland that specializes on these cars?

thanks!

CG is great, and so is nixon, but they WILL kill your wallet. E30s are insanely simple though. If you have the time and the tools I strongly suggest looking online for DIY's. Seriously the cars are SO easy to work on and everything under the sun has been covered due to their huge enthusiast fan base.

As far as inspections they certainly wont rape your wallet. CG inspected a frankenstein euro e36 m3 before I picked up my m3 and they saved me a mountain of headaches.

I've found the best (and cheapest) shops are the ones that don't advertise that they specialize in BMW.

PM me and I'll tell ya more

If you use ECS ship to point roberts or bend over for a sand lubricated anal fisting.

I don't really like the shipping fees from ECS Tuning. It equals out in the end. Pelican can be hit and miss.

BMA Parts in California and AutohausAZ are both pretty good. For genuine BMW parts, I've found TheBMWPartStore.com to be the best. They ship using USPS to Blaine/Point Roberts and somehow, it gets there faster than UPS/FedEx.

Here's a small secret for BMA, AutoHausAZ, and The BMW Part Store - E-mail them directly with the parts you want and ask for a quote. Tell them you're from so and so BMW Forum. Sometimes, if not, most of the time, their prices are better than their online catalogue.

Source: Personal experience.

For parts I would suggest bmwpartsupply.com I have been buying there for my '91 318i. However, they do not ship to Canada and for repairs - get the Bentley E30 manual (pdf or printed) and start wrenching

Yeah.... I've been to NIXON. They are the "specialists" and sure have a good customer service, BUT....
I had the coolant flush done and radiator hose replaced, but they did not do a great job attaching it to the radiator and I lost pretty much all the coolant on my way home... Might be just my luck, but....
