What do I need to get these scratches out?
 

Got a pair of matching scratches on the front doors of my TSX and they are beyond basic correction and I'm not sure which tools I'll need to get them out:

Would appreciate any tips and suggestions on the right way to attack these two.

The strongest stuff I have is an orange pad and Poorboys' SSR2.5 which I doubt is strong enough to polish it out.

May be try Meguiar 105 with the least aggressive pads first and then work your way up if it does not. Check with Ken from Autowerke and see if he recommend something else. He still has the basic detailing equipment available for sale.

I would try 105 as well. It may take multiple passes but see how it goes. If it doesn't work, let me know.

Plz let us know how it go. I park on the side of the street. Last week when I got to my car there were scruffs and scratches on the left side of my back bumper. Someone tried to parrellel park behind mine and was too close.

Wife had some scratches like this on her TL and I was able to remove them with a open cell microfiber cutting pad and some Chemical Guys V36 and followed up with the usual stuff to bring back the shine.
Should be an easy correction for those ones.

So I finally got around to trying to get these scratches out this weekend and was able to do a pretty reasonable job with them. I didn't get my hands on Meg 105 so I stuck with several passes of Poorboy's SSR 2.5 with an orange pad followed by SSR2 with a white pad. I finished it with Autoglym's Super Resin Polish (it has fillers).

Scratch #1 is now barely perceptible - I think with a couple more passes with SSR2.5 I could have gotten it all out but I didn't want to push my luck since I'm still an amateur. Most of scratch #2 is gone as well except for the main scratch which is too deep. At a glance you don't really see it, only upon inspection is it noticeable.

I actually did a full detail this weekend on it with IronX Pro, clay, SSR2.5/SSR2 and Super Resin Polish. All the wheels were unmounted and cleaned with IronX, Autoglym wheel cleaner and protected with Collinite 845. I ran out of time but the plan is to put a coat or two of Autoglym HD wax on next week to give it some more pop. Missed a couple spots with the cut polish but generally pretty happy with how it turned out this time.

I'd love to get it Opticoated by Ken but it's a 7 year old car already and I sorta enjoy the satisfaction of cleaning up the car like this.
