OBD2 Scanner . |
For which vehicle is this for? If it's for one of your BMWs, an OBD2 scanner will only show you anything that is emissions related. It will not show you any BMW factory fault codes that are stored. |

i had a friend messing around with an app for his andriod and thru bluetooth it was showing him everything. idle, rpm, temp, vacuum and speed. there was also an option on it to check for codes but he didnt have any so we couldnt check.. something to look into maybe? |

I mentioned an andriod app BMWhat that can read codes and do coding http://www.revscene.net/forums/68102...-coding-2.html let me know if it works |
Bmwhat works for codes. Its coding side is limited compared to ncsexpert. Torque can also pull codes. However DIS found more codes that both apps didn't show |
If you still need a ob2 scanner let me know My setup is just like what snails says. Torque app pro using a bluetooth ob2 reader but I run mine off my andriod headunit and my phone |
