Today's event at Mission was a great learning experience.
I was in the novice group but the instructors let us free fairly early in the morning.
I'd really like more stopping power but I was only able to start pushing my car during the fourth and fifth heat. Pads held up surprisingly well considering they're an "autocross" pad though I pussed out and never broke much later than the "4th" marker.

There's a huge list on the ORP website, and there's camping at the track I think.

There is a motel much closer to the track but I dont even remember the name. Just remembered the lot was full of Porsches (it was a tiny motel)

cooked all of my brakes this mission event , boiled RBF600 and cheap rotors developed wobble, DS2500 didn't fade to my suprise

My car was misfiring and went into limp mode twice... I had to take it easy going around after that. Had the car checked out today and it needs new coil packs and the spark plugs are done too  | |
