those gsr's with the b17 are pretty rare. should be easy to spot if the thief is driving it around. i'll keep eyes in richmond

Thief probably pleasantly surprised he has vtec. Hopefully he didn't know it was Gsr and has no plans to strip it

Found, in what condition? Found can mean a LOT of things, burnt out, pristine condition, hell, could even mean it has been adorned with crack lines
