I think last year or a few years ago they banned anyone bringing in more than 1 iphone or ipad (with box), except their own. China customs were scanning everyones bags for it.

Not sure if its still the case now.

keep in mind that Canadian iP6 doesn't work with China LTE bands. They will be worth significantly less. Definitely not worth the risk of bringing the phones past China customs. I know someone who had 40 phones taken away from him after trying to cross. Everything gone.

The phones didn't arrive at my house til 6pm and by then all my interested buyers already found others.

If it was like anything this morning they'll have separate lineups for reserve/pickup and everyone else. But make sure to print out the confirmation email and have 2 pieces of ID. Reserved my Ipad Mini Retina earlier this year and the "genius" wanted a copy of the confirmation email, my ID wasn't enough.

That works as well, I was assuming he sold his phone before picking up a new one. Just proof of the confirmation email paper or digital will work.
