the seller can just report it stolen. it has nothing to do with apple having or not having access to the IMEI blacklist.
unless i'm wrong here.

The imei blacklist have nothing to do with apple they don't provide the wireless service. once your phone is blacklisted good luck getting it unlocked to sell to another country if u can no longer use it. so better apple store than buy a locked phone.

I got the space grey, only wish it was darker compared to the silver..

I had the iphone5 all black when it first came out but the shitty thing with it was the paint would come off too easily which was a huge downside to the device...

i picked up a 6+ space grey for myself too. as much as i thought i had wanted the white one before (silver or gold) i just like the look of black electronics.

buy their insurance, sell when new release comes out, then report stolen/lost and get new device from insurance company, then sell the brand new sealed phone and pay for the new release.
knowing karma would come back at me if i did that, i just decided to give my 5 to my gf lol

okay, so i dont keep my music or photos on itunes. is there a FREE program that can transfer from my 4s to 6? or at least my 4s to computer then to my 6?

are your music purchased thru itune? or it was synced from another computer to the phone? if i recall music can only transfer from itune to iphone unless the music was purchased from itune. as for photos you can just transfer it to itune and transfer it back

Music is torrented or ripped from cd's. i havent purchased any music from itunes
