im switching back to iphone with this new iphone 6. the continuity of ios8 and mac os now is just amazing. ill be able to answer calls from my macbook along with replying to texts and imessages. its pretty dope. the only reason i didnt end up with a 5s is because of the size, 4" is way too small. the new 4.7" should hit that sweet spot for me!
^same with me coming from a iPhone5 to nexus5 then finally switching back to the iPhone 6 when it comes out....i just love the simplicity of iOS and how optimized it is. Nexus is a good phone but over all android is not my cup of tea...
I'm pretty torn about my next choice. Everything I own is a apple product. I love the way they sync together seamlessly, however, I have had to exchange my iPhone 5 about five times because of defects. I am excited to see what the iPhone 6 will bring to the table and I will wait a bit before purchasing one just to make sure the build quality is better than the iPhone 5 launch.

Same here. I've yet to have any OEM apple cables fail on me.
In fact, back with the old iphone 4, I was still using the same one that came with my original iphone (2g?). Nowadays I use it to charge my first gen ipod mini and my ipad 2.
I've had 3 discentegrate on me, and I always use the connector to disconnect and reconnect. Its not the fact that they break or anything, its the cover on them starts breaking off, they still work perfectly fine.

Re/code "leaked" the Sept 9th date awhile ago, but Apple has now officially announced it on..........Sept 9th. And as usual news outlets are trying to glean clues from the announcement and looking over the tiniest details to see if Apple gave something away.
Only things we know for sure are:
- The event is in a much larger auditorium than usual (3,000 vs 700 seats).
- They built a 2-storey structure on site that's currently covered up and apparently the security is very tight.
- Both Cue and Cook have let slip comments that they have the best product pipeline in 25 years coming out this fall.
So it had better be huge or people are going to be pissed at the hype without the promise.

I have a little bit of trouble with my nexus 5 using it with one hand I think with a 4.7 inch phone it will hit the sweat spot for me for one handed use!
Steve Hemmerstoffer showed up in the comment section below and explained the specific features of this alleged iPhone 6 that make him think it's a fake. Steve writes for NowhereElse, a site that publishes leaks about the iPhone and other devices. On the one hand, that means Steve perhaps isn't entirely impartial. On the other hand, he points out some interesting details on this leak. See his full comment below.
his reply is below which points out some interesting facts
I had some girl come into the busser station the other day trying to make out with every staff member and then pull down her pants and asked for someone to stick a dick in her (at least she shaved).

I'm curious at what they are going to do with the iwatch.
If there even is one. I still don't get the idea of a smart watch. I gave up wearing watches years ago when my cell phone could provide me with the same information. I just don't see the point of a device on my wrist that provides me with a subset of information that I'll need to pull out my phone for if I want to do anything more with it.
Seems like an answer to a question that only tech nerds bothered to ask.
