Friend bought an a4 at richmond audi. The sales person didn't know much about the car, and instead of offering him the best package, gave him the second best package and did add ons that resulted the car being the same price as the fully packaged car but with less bells and whistles. Went to talk to the manager and he says that the customer spent way too long at the dealership bargaining and that he sells cars in less than an hour. Continues to undermine my friend and insult his intelligence. Oh also has bullshit fees that I have never seen in any other luxury dealership. |

The package that he got only came with rear sensors and the best package came with rear view camera and better speakers, blind assist, etc. She opted to do the second package and do an 800 dollar add on for the camera instead of offering him the better package.
