lmao saw some Vancity buzz article on my fb feed about Vancouver expressing interest in Kane
read the comments and ppl were like Kass+McCann (or another prospect) +1st or 2nd rd for Kane! 
i swear to god if we ever trade Horvat/Virtanen + prospects and picks for Kane i'm just gonna stop watching the Canucks for five years and find another team to cheer for.

I doubt McCann will be traded. Everytime Benning talks about him, he praises him a lot.
I don't think we can trade just prospects for Kane unless we want to run into cap problems.
Need one of the veteran higher salary guys to go in the deal as well.

lol unless Winnipeg lowers their asking price it just ain't happening with Vancouver.
I'm kinda hoping we get Santorelli from the leafs, he provided some spark to the top six before he got injured last year. No idea why they let him go but he's a step up from Bonino imo. Might be a stretch since there could be a bidding war for him as a lot of teams are interested.
Also kinda hoping we land Hanzal if the asking price is right. He'd be a good fit. Has size, has the hands and can "accidentally" put players out of commission when needed.

Linden is 100000% about "character" guys which is why Kassian has been gettin g the short end of the stick so often. They don't like his attitude off the ice and want him gone ASAP
You're nuts if you think they would even touch Kane, they aren't looking for reclamation projects the way this management deals

GMJB threw Seguin, regardless of his talent out of Boston for reasons outside of the rink. The last thing GMJB wants to deal with is another Seguin. Besides, what makes you think Evander would stay here anyways? He is a UFA in 2018.
Sidenote, I hope we absolutely destroy Dallas next time we play them, what Benn and Seguin said was pretty classless.

Yes it's blown out of proportion. They were baited with the question and being young, probably wanted to be cool with everyone.
What it shows me is that they clearly don't have a respect for the Sedins. That's their prerogative, but one would hope that for a team clearly showing trouble getting up for important games the quotes end up being bulletin board material for the Canucks.

IMO, not as bad as it seemed from the Dallas players, but it was more so the host being the idiot trying to stir something up. Benn and Seguin just kind of rolled along with the questions as the host was egging them on to give some good radio.

Like rip up the league in their prime? Win the Art Ross and stay humble? Remain a class act through all the criticism and bullshit?
