Regarding the picture of the guy in the Flames jersey with the busted eye. From reddit. What a bunch of douches: Quote:
I have a background story about the Flames fan whose picture is on the front page of /r/hockey currently. I was at the game friday and I saw it go down. Two East Indian men presumably from Surrey were getting mouthy with his son and the father stepped in to tell them to fuck off and that he didn't want any trouble. That's when one of the East Indian Canucks fans started swinging and they went at it. The Flames fan was defending his boy.

Canucks played like shit tonight. Lack did what he could and Bo seemed to be the only guy actually trying to skate. Bounce back game is needed.
Theme of the night was taking stupid penalties.

All this talk of WD changing the team around and should be a candidate for the Jack Adams trophy.
Well, the Nucks are down 2 - 1.
Let's see what changes he makes for game 4 or if he will stick with the game plan and roll 4 lines, same PP lines and no change in D's.
Personally, Bonino has been invisible and Vrbata looked invisible this whole series minus the one empty net goal.
But please, don't insert Vey into the lineup.

... I realize that, but I know scrubbing my wheels and lower part of my car sure makes my back sore. Just seems a bit strange that he would be partaking in that sort of activity with a back injury.

Yeah, I get what you are saying but a pro athlete at 50% capacity is like our 100% capacity. It's all relative. There are definite levels of injury, and anyone that isn't tip top going into intense games could turn minor issues into major ones. If the guy isn't well enough to play at the top of his game, he's not worth playing. Especially a guy like Kassian. When he's good he's really good. When he's not his best, you might as well be shorthanded.
But I kinda get everyone is getting at his alleged non physical problems, which could be the case as well.

But please, don't insert Vey into the lineup. | Vrbata has been invisible in the playoffs for most of his career
knowing our luck as Canucks fans, Vey could very well be in the line up, but the issue is the "second line"
Sven plz

every time the Canucks shift to high gear they downshift to first gear and stay there next game
tbh i was expecting a loss just cus they were so high last game. the last time Canucks won back to back in the playoffs or in any high intensity games for that matter was probably in 2011.

Got a top line of playoff ghosts when Vrbata is with the Sedins.
Although I'll give it to the Sedins they've been the only players who can seemingly generate any consistent pressure

Ortio recalled... Two thoughts: Hiller was injured, hence his Game 2 departure.. Or, injured when he cracked his head on his embellishment
| Or do you think Hartley is playing games?

Hartley is playing games no questions ask but it's always a good idea to have 3 goalies just in case.

doesn't matter who's in goal. we need to play our game and not get sucked into stupid shit. if we play like we did in game 2, we own this.
