This will be the last year the Hawks are stacked like this tho. Gotta give them credit they deserve to win this with the way they have been playing and against the teams as well

sharp will be traded for a decent prospect + pick/ 1st+ ok prospect
they will end up getting the d prospect that left columbus, reilly, who looks nhl ready
teravainen took huge steps these playoffs
that basically leaves them with 10-11mil for next year (depending on bonuses), 6-7 mil after saads contract, to fill 3 bottom 6, 1 top 6, and 1-2d spots.
considering they have mcneill(f), pokka(d), nordstrom(f) etc. as younger guys who look like they could make the jump they are still fine
thats without trying to drop bickell, versteeg or if they really needed to crawford

They are on the verge of becoming a modern dynasty, so I won't count them out so soon this time.

Much as I wanna hate the Hawks, I gotta feel happy for their fans - they endured decades of shit management to finally be here.
