panthers possibly, islanders no way. new owners, new building. in terms of pratt, the teams are too strong right now, which is partially leading to lower goal scoring. you need those shitty players so goal scoring goes up.
and tsn just shot down 2nd team in toronto.

John Tavares on the West Coast :hat:

Islanders are moving to Brooklyn and will be playing at Barclays Center, ya goof.

punkwax 08-28-2014 05:32 AM

It would be pretty funny if the Panthers got moved after all that went down with trying to get Lu back home.

They said the set up wouldn't be ideal in Brooklyn but wow. One side you can't even sit in lol

murd0c 08-28-2014 08:59 AM

that would be pretty cool sitting first row one that one side being almost over the players

Ronin 08-28-2014 10:20 AM

Wow, that is a monstrously stupid layout for hockey. Can't wait to see a whole empty side of the arena.

How did they design something like this?

highfive 08-28-2014 10:24 AM

Healy, Hrudey, Hextall and Simpson x2: Biggest Names in NHL Broadcasting Join All-Star Sportsnet Team - Sportsnet.ca

Fuck you, Sportsnet. Fuck you.

With all those new people, you culdn't at least fire some of your dead weight?

Doesn't matter...everyone will switch over to TSN during the intermissions anyways.

The arena was made for basketball with no other spots in mind.

Stopped watching any Sportsnet "analysis" after seeing them bringing Eklund on to their trade deadline show.

Now they have Kypreos, Spector, Maclean (who loves talking about his columbus days and rick nash), Healy, Stock? fuckkkkk

Gary Oak 08-29-2014 12:55 PM

TSN>Sportsnet

sonick 08-29-2014 03:24 PM

The last three guests on Cabbie Richards' podcast are: Joel Ward, Ray Emery, and Wayne Simmonds.

Anybody notice a trend there? Dat BBC.

The original design was as a multi-sport arena, but after the 2008 economic crash, they scaled back the design to save money since they only had 1 pending tenant.
