that is all

being in the upper deck(which i enjoy a lot more) the choices are not there.. whatever, as long as I get my beer, im happy

fancy food and beverage to keep the white women mouth shut during games

everybody knows true fans are in the upperbowl :fuckyea:

b0unce. [?] 10-01-2014 05:56 AM

true fans are broke fans :lol

Hondaracer 10-01-2014 06:26 AM

Rather watch at home than sit in the upper bowl personally

Bouncing Bettys 10-01-2014 06:58 AM

Disappearing middle class and increasing wage gap means watching your team at home isn't affordable for a number of families. Good old free CBC coverage will be missed. Taxes towards the CBC tv and radio currently only amount to about $30 per person annually.

Hondaracer 10-01-2014 07:45 AM

It's like anything popular..

Families ain't going to Seahawks games either. Supply and demand

Kinda wack though when you're still priced out when they put a shit product on the ice though lol

but if the VLC streams continue to work, there is no need to pay for it

However, I signed up for Centre Ice when it was at $50 after hte lockout and it was the greatest shit ever.

What VLC streams are you referring to?

Is there anyone to get HD streams that don't lag?

The ticket costs are ridiculous for the on ice product I'll watch at home. Once you factor in parking, food ect... it's an expensive night. I'll just stay at home unless I get free tickets to a game I want to watch.

murd0c 10-01-2014 09:08 AM

I find when going to a game you have to be smart about it. Eat before you go or a cheap meal at Costco, take the skytrain so you don't have to pay for parking and pick up tickets from a scalper once the puck has dropped. Only get a drink while inside and you won't be spending hundred's of dollars.

Hondaracer 10-01-2014 10:08 AM

The way the team is now I only go to see other teams anyway so might as well make a night of it. Unless I had a company where I'd be giving away my tickets frequently I dot think id ever even consider buying seasons because of the headaches that come with going to a game when you don't live downtown.

The Honda center was a huge eye opener when me and some friends saw some ducks game there as the parking lot is like Disney land sized. Pretty sure all in attendance could park into lot and exit after the game and there was hardly any wait in leaving

Jmac 10-01-2014 01:01 PM

Royals - $15, free parking, entertaining hockey.

My "free" tickets to Canucks games cost me multiple times more

Mike Oxbig 10-01-2014 01:36 PM

Royals are wack anyway

Not major league

$7.25M x 7 for a 50-point player in his late-20s ... :heckno:

Jmac 10-02-2014 06:12 PM

Brutal call ... Nikitin hits a rut in the ice, fucks up his knee ... obviously a penalty ... :rukidding:

Jmac 10-02-2014 06:26 PM

Edmonton's defense :lawl:

Jmac 10-02-2014 06:38 PM

Nothing's changed in Edmonton besides the personnel.

Forwards still cherry picking in the neutral zone instead of back-checking, still brutal defensive zone coverage by the guys who are actually trying to play defense, and nowhere near good enough goaltending to make up for it.
