looking for some low mileage engines that i could put in a 2005 subaru forester. are there any importers or engine shops you could recommend that stock them?

long shot, but try and call the service depts. of the local subaru dealers and ask them who they would recommend.

rocketrally would have quite a few old/new engines, n try nasioc's vancouver subforum, some ppl have old working engines they wanna get rid of from time to time
