alibaba sells at wholesale. they will tell you what you want to hear with respects to retail pricing, but no retailer posts their wholesale pricing.

For a commodity product (cheap $10 shoes), margins are thin. these shoes physically cannot be sold for $150. if you are paying anything more than $5 landed per shoes based on pallet shipping, you are quite literally burning money.
