Looking to build a group of investors

I am looking to build a group of investors

We are looking to purchase investment properties where we will pay the homeowner 65% upfront the negotiated selling price and we will pay them the 35% after 5 years plus interest (In the form of a secure investment greater than inflation).

The benefits are:

The Seller has more liquidity of assets and money and will have more money to work with during the five years in partnership.

The buyer gets to purchase a property without money down.

This is a Win Win Situation.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in doing this.

My mom did this with her ex husband to make millions before.

Thank you

You're an idiot this is called "owner-financing"

Not a win-win the seller takes on risk.

Please ban from business forum

Thanks for calling me an idiot, my mom called it that so you can tell that to her face.

What did I do to earn a ban?

If you want to get rich quick, or have a job paying 6 figures just go to trade school and go work in northern bc or alberta

hell, even getting your class 1 and driving dump trucks around the lower mainland will have you clearing $100k within a couple years .... just food for thought since it seems that money is on your mind

Problem solved, we just found your first investor and since she's done it before, has millions, your her son and there is no risk it's a total no brainer. I think 1% would be a fair finders fee, just mail me my commission once the money starts rolling in.

Realtors use their hotmail and gmail addresses all the time.
