83 civic hatch transmission problems

I lost 5th gear in my civic, I have to hold it in 1st and 2nd and 3rd an 4th aren't much better.

I'm looking to get a replacement transmission and am wondering what a fair price would be for an 83 five speed.

Seeing as though I'm already taking out the trans I was also curious about any simple bolt in engine and trans conversions
