So I live a in house in Surrey. And lately there has been a lot of loitering behind my house. They are East Indian people in their early 20's who are loud, drunk and blasting their music at 1am to 4am and as of right now, they still haven't left.
What would be an effective way to get rid of them without causing confrontation.
Ps: I know there are East Indian because the way they talk and the East Indian/ Tech music that they play. So I'm not racist if you were wondering.
Motion lights and fake CCTV cameras pointed that direction. Surrey RCMP is too busy and will likely attend hours later if at all. Do they hang out in a laneway or dead end street or what?

From the OP, it sounds more like people in a car (or not, but who are loitering) who pull up, are drunk and blast music, not a house that is loud. The OP lives in a house in Surrey, not complaining about a house in Surrey.

There is more fail in this post than in the rest of the thread by a long shot. If they're loitering they aren't the fucking neighbours, how the fuck could they "loiter" on their own property? And you do realize that OP could just switch the mosquito thing on when they get there, and shut it off when they leave? Of course it sounds like you're too busy being an overprotective spazz to sort that out. Smashing someone in the face for making an annoying sound (it's not harmful you dumb fuck, just annoying) that you wouldn't even be able to trace because you can't fucking hear it? But really. You have to report it. I know it's a bit of a pain to repeat yourself but call the police EVERY time they do it. They'll get the clue and head down there. I've done it not as much as to stop the noise on the spot, but they can issue hefty fines after a certain amount of violations.
They stopped quite quickly after a fine was issued.
If this is an on going thing, they must know someone who lives in the area. Unless for whatever reason your laneway has something special that attracts random people to stop by and hang out for hours at a time.... As some have mentioned already you have options. Personally, the only thing I would do that involves the installation of something are motion sensors.
Unless you know these guys are "harmless", you could approach them and ask them that they are disturbing you.... I would call the Police. Whether there is an available Member to attend in 5 mins or 3 hours, oh well... Try to get a licence plate of any associated vehicles, or the address of the house/business. If you get a licence plate number, at least the Police can follow up with the owner of the car and advise them that there was a complaint.
And yes it is illegal to be loitering and/or causing a disturbance, whether alcohol is involved or not.
If they consistently loiter there, they have a friend who lives there as well. Plain and simple. You don't go to a random alley consistently. Dumb fucks.
