This test footage was from years ago after Wolverine Origins. It's still stuck in production Limbo since Wolverine was a huge fail.

Yup, it's just test footage to help pitch the film. It's not an indication of how the real film would look. That said, I think they managed to capture Deadpool perfectly. Watch The Leaked Deadpool Test Footage (Ryan Reynolds, Marvel)
