Polaris Slingshot 2015 Polaris Slingshot | 3 Wheel Motorcycle - Reverse Trike 2015 Polaris Slingshot First Ride Review - Motorcycle USA I personally do not have my bike license, but might definitely consider it once this is released. I would love to see what kind of mpg/L100km it can achieve. Looks like it would be a blast to daily ride/drive. Thoughts? http://images.motorcycle-usa.com/Pho...gshot-thre.jpg |
Bet these would be a blast to rip around on. On a side note, I find it absolutely ridiculous that ICBC allows people to take road tests for their bike licenses on these things (can-am's and such) |

Is this how they got around the restrictions to cars like the ariel atom and X-bow etc etc? Take 1 wheel off and call it a motorcycle? |
airel atom has 4 wheels... |
looks cool |

For the last 40 years some one or company has been putting thing like that out. Nothing new except different body work. |
Do they sell them here? |
I have seen a Trex here last year on commercial drive |
|
That "bike" is hideous |
have you seen it in person? well i have. its fucking awesome. |
heres a pic i took a few weeks ago. it looks awesome in person and i'd be very curious to take a test drive... ride... whatever https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7570/...cb303ee5_c.jpgimage by 320iCar, on Flickr |
checked this car/motorcycle out at the Abbotsford motorcycle show needless to say slightly disappointed at the fact that a lot of it felt like it was made of plastic materials and didn't have any real sturdiness to it. The hood felt like the same material as the motorcycle fairings. Some interesting factors to it are that it basically looks like a car under the hood and is a 5sp manual |
I saw these at the show as well this weekend. All I kept thinking was, I wish it was a 4-wheeler. |
