Knee braces

Any suggestions for knee braces ? My left knee is starting to give out while I do squats and when I run so I want to try something to protect it.

Go to Kintech on West Broadway by Toys R Us or SportsMed by Granville and West 4th. My doctor recommended I go there a few weeks back and I picked up a few good braces from there. Do you also have Patella Tendinitis?

No clue, my knee just clicks really loudly when it bends or when I'm running hard. I've gone for a x-ray but they haven't gotten back to my doctor yet. Thanks for the tip.

assuming there's something wrong with it, you need the right knee brace for your particular issue. patella support, side support, just a compression sleeve, etc. once your doc tells you what's up you'll no what kind (and how heavy duty) of a knee support to get.

you should check if you have coverage through work. usually it needs metal support though iirc.
