Your current must watch/all time favorite TV shows?
What shows are you guys currently watching/your all time favorites that already ended?
Currently watching:
Arrow - decent; its about a modern day Robinhood basically. Filmed in Vancouver which is cool
Banshee - would recommend if you're into Sons of Anarchy
Brooklyn Nine Nine - would recommend lots of lols (reminds me of Community)
Gang Related - would recommend
Hannibal - its alright, Dexter's better
Orange Is The New Black - decent
Orphan Black - lead actor plays 5 different characters and is
Sons of Anarchy - would recommend if you're into biker gangs/gangs in general
Suits - alright
The Strain - modern day apocalypse/virus TV show
True Detective - would recommend
Walking Dead - decent at times
All Time Favorites/Already ended:
Community - lots of comedy
Breaking Bad - GREATEST
Dexter - probably my second all time favorite; pretty good till the last seasons....
Flashpoint - about a Canadian SWAT team in Toronto basically
How I Met Your Mother - would recommend
LOST - alright but the cliffhangers of each damn episode make me watch another episode
Nikita - lots of action with hot chicks
Prison Break - good then dies down till the end
Lost Interest/Stopped watching:
Bates Motel - lost interest
Game of Thrones - not really my type of show
Homeland - stopped watching cause of all the dumbass things going on
The Wire - couldn't get past episode 2 lol
Got through a few episodes of True Detective but lost interest in it. It was pretty good but I thought it was a little too slow. Maybe I'll give it another try later on.
Also kept up with Community on a religious basis from seasons 1 through 4. Have yet to finish the last few episodes of season 5 though. Will probably try to catch up before the new season starts.

the show hooks you in after episode 2 actually seriously
we were going to give up then too but decided to watch another episode and after the 3rd ep we went through the whole show in a week or so
for me
Modern Family
The Strain (into it now along with my dad)
Game of Thrones
House of Cards
Boardwalk Empire (last season was meh but only 1 more left so ill keep it up)
Walking Dead
edit: oh i started watching From Dusk til Dawn on netflix (the series) its okay...for the summer anyway
Current:
Castle (police procedural/comedy)
Brooklyn Nine Nine (comedy)
Archer (animated comedy)
Strike Back (not sure what to class it as, think The Unit but way better)
The Blacklist
Fast N Loud (car restoration)
Gravity Falls (cartoon)
Ended:
Samurai Champloo (anime/action)
An Idiot Abroad (travel/comedy)
Prison Break (only season 1 was epic, after that it got meh)
To watch list:
Homeland
Game of Thrones
Bates Motel
Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond
Orphan Black
Black Sails (pirates)
Vikings
Dexter (Ive seen season 1 but nothing past that)
Burn Notice
For those or you who like Sherlock, does it pick up after the first episode? I watched it and he misses a bunch of painfully obvious things, to the point where it ruins the show a bit.

I tried watching it literally like 5 times, could never get past the second episode. One day I got really bored and just played it in the background while I was doing other stuff. And then I got hooked - the character development is crazy, and some of the characters are seriously badass.
seriously you'll thank me later...just finish S1 and move on to the next show
may be it's because I followed it casually and wasn't always paying attention to the dialogue but I gave The Wire S1 a try but was still 'meh' by the end of it.
i've been meaning to check out nikita and sarah connor...also keep hearing great things about orphan black. Is suits worth following? Lost interest after S2 once the eye candy wore off.
my suggestion is deadwood...even if you don't feel it, the script is hands down the best and the production value is your typical HBO gold. Hell any period drama even if the plot is hollow is worth a watch just for the costume design and set.
Got through a few episodes of True Detective but lost interest in it. It was pretty good but I thought it was a little too slow. Maybe I'll give it another try later on.
You have to finish it and find out what happens dude! It's only like 10 episodes lol
