By PSS9, are you referring to Bilstein PSS9 coilover wrenches? If so, they should not be unique. Anyone with a set of coilover wrenches should work. If nobody will lend you a set, I'm sure the sponsors should have a set to rent or to buy.

If you find some online for sale. Give me a deposit for that amount and I'll lend you mine. Mind you they are for PSS, but I'm sure they are the same.

I stand corrected. Was not aware the PSS9 coilovers use a specific set of hook spanner wrenches. Hopefully hud_91gt or a Revscene sponsor can sort you out. Good luck!
