Appears to be a few clubs around. Surprised there are not more tho. Miata are such awesome little cars and I always seem them at auto-x and track days.

There is a Facebook group for Vancouver Miata, is more active there for info on meets and such.

The VM forum is weird and gets hundreds of bots trying to make accounts. Takes a long time to get approved. So Facebook group is more accessible to others.
