You might want to go to the ER or at the very least see your Doctor. It could be a thousand different things.
I had a migraine for over a week before I finally went to the Doctor and realized I had high blood pressure, you just never know.

iono im taking medcations for my sleeping disorder, and 2nd straight night crappy sleep, my head spining cause of no sleep for one week a couple years ago, plus i have eps or something, it hurts and makes me struggle for hours straight until im back to normal

i hope you have already made an appointment with your doctor. one person can have the same symptoms and tell you whats wrong but you may have a completely different thing going on. everyone is different. no one but a doctor can tell you whats going on.
