Bring a coating thickness gauge and measure the paint on the car. I bet you will find there is some VERY thick paint on that car. (normal is 85-110 microns).

Looks like it was in some bad hits and been repaired numerous times. That being said, and the rep they have I would walk away and find a better example.

As someone said earlier here, if you're stretching your budget to buy this car it's only gonna be harder on you when maintenance hits.

No particular places I would recommend. I have seen amazing cars are low end places and absolute junk at some of the high end places.
This dealership has a reputation from years back of having some poor quality customer service/car but that's not to say they cant have a good car there, just need to do your part if you are buying from a dealer.

I have been to MANY dealers all over the lower mainland to help out friends and to check out some cars for myself as well. When I'm there I have little to no interest in what any sales people have to say, or what kind of dealer it is. I just want to see the car, and given some time to look it over. I've invested money into coating thickness gauges for detailing that are VERY helpful in finding damage on cars and its rare I will walk onto a dealer lot and find a car with no re-painted panels anywhere on the car.
