I have a set of 18" Racing Hart C2 wheels that were formerly on my 99 Honda Prelude. Should fit most 5 bolt Honda/Acura's.

They are in used condition but come with all center caps. Great set of wheels but I went another direction with the build.
They will need new tires but could be driven on for a short period of time. I had them on my project car for 3 years and drove it very short distances on these. So if your asking the condition of the tires on these I would say they are dead and should be replaced but thats up to you.
$650obo for these wheels. Would like them gone ASAP as I need the space in the garage.
