When i moved into a highrise, i had to pay a $250 move in fee. So i paid it, and apparently its really common. My buddy moved into a low rise and he had to pay a $150 move in fee but i told him to move in at night to avoid that fee.

Latest update: Tenants successfully moved in. I did not pay a cent for move-in fee because it was never stated in any documents
