I'm still alive.
Obviously my dad was and is pretty pissed off but gotta move on with life and go forward. Waiting on ICBC to contact me back and see what they decide to do . As for primary driver, lol I only used the car on occasion for weekends when I would go visit my mom.. so I don't see that being any issue.

i think icbc sees u using summer tires in the snow as a bigger issue than u not being the primay driver...

The only thing that would happen to him running summers when it's determined that having winters could have prevented the accident - is that he's found at fault for the accident.

| Got into an accident yesterday in which i lost traction and slid into on coming traffic, got clipped by one big truck that sent me into a driver side glide into an oncoming truck. Everyone got out of the accident okay which is the good part. | |
