I'm in agreement with all of you the funny thing is if everyone thinks the same way exactly the thing you don't want to happen is guaranteed to happen again because of low ratings. It's like dammed if you do dammed if you don't.

This was a good show overall. Still a bit heavy on the melodrama, and post 1995 rap music does nothing for me. But it's cool because you never know what's going to happen next, and I like that in a drama.
Recorded the season but didn't start watching until last week. I didn't think I'd like it but wifey wanted to check it out. My first thought was, this show would be SO much better on HBO. But what can you do. I'm not a Terrance Howard fan at all but he pulls off the character quite well. I like the Jamal gay card too. Throws a curveball into an otherwise typical storyline. All the family drama is great. Serious finale too. Next season will be exciting!
