shes asian right? FORCE HER TO LIKE IT. DUH. there must be some advantage of dating an asian woman besides bleeding you dry and running your life like a gulag. |
She has a very pleasant face and demeanour, no CC2 eyebrows and isn't materialistic in any way, so I don't mind going out of my way for little things :) |

Nabob Coffee? I don't like coffee all that much, but I miss my mom's percolated Nabob coffee. I guess I grew up with it. I remember drinking a cup during the special occasions she made it. To each their own, indeed. |
any recommendations for a all in one espresso, ice coffee, latte, cappuccino machine? |

399 will get you shitty coffee, no latte, no ice coffee lol. |
How is it making “iced coffee” ? |

One-Touch Iced Coffee: A slower flow rate and lowered extraction temperature makes for a shot that's perfect when served over ice Different shot profile to regular espresso/brewed coffee. |
Ahh.. so it’s not actually adding ice or anything it’s just pulling a long shot so it can say it makes iced coffee.. lol |
Seems like a marketing gimmick... Most of these super automatic machine uses a pressurized basket, so even at a slower flow rate, the pressure is the same as the 'regular mode'. Lower extraction temp = less hot water = higher acidity. I would think most consumers who buy this machine would prefer a more 'traditional' tasting coffee with little to no acidity. |
It probably is a marketing gimmick. I had a Miele superauto myself and eventually was not satisfied with the espresso it was making, and turned to a proper semi-auto set up to make my own drinks. Some days I do miss the one-button easy use of the superautos though! |
Printed these for my brother and myself. They work great! https://www.printables.com/model/481...resso-wdt-tool https://i.imgur.com/GrwqlqP.jpg https://i.imgur.com/JFbL171.jpg Cost around $10 in materials - filament, needles, and screws. Calipers/wire cutters were extra. |
Can I see the printed product? Isn't plastic a little weak for this? |
Here's a video I took last night right after we assembled it. https://imgur.com/a/alF5HPU There's pictures of it in the Printables link. I printed it in PETG filament. Works perfectly fine. Some people have remixed the model. This guy here made the spin ring thicker and uses that instead of the handle. |

I have no interest in buying my own nice grinder, and my current grinder really sucks, plus I dislike having to deal with grinding. Anywhere I can take my beans and have them all grinded so I just scoop them in the morning for my coffee? Before I get crucified for it. Coffee does matter, but in the face of convenience and requirements of two kids, this makes more sense. |
