Toyota Matrix Leak - back passenger side

So I've been trying to figure out where water is leaking into the back seat area whenever it rains. You actually won't know there's a leak until you pull down the seatbelt and it's all wet!

Details:
- 2005 Matrix

- No Sun roof

- Only the seat belt is wet and it's not the exposed portion that's wet. It's the section of the belt after you pull down, that's normally hidden when not used..

- nothing else I can see is drenched.

did you bought this car used or brand new? any accidents in that area?... check if your water drain hole for the air con is plug up cuz i know my 2nd gen IS hav that problem, or maybe your seal on the antenna needs replacing... if still nothing, i would say rip out all those panels for a week and see where is the leak coming from...

no accidents I've had it since new. It only happens when it rains so I don't think it is the aircon. However, the antenna check is a good idea. Is it hard to replace the seal there? how to take off the antennae?

i think you get to the antenna base from the inside... so u have to somewhat take the headliner off to get to it...
