Does dr. Follows use a needle for freezing? I need to get one eventually and leaning towards dr. Pollock because he has an option that freezes without a needle(have to pay for the premium service)

Whatever he used for the freezing felt like a little elastic band flick on the skin. Not painful at all but you could feel it.
I was considering Dr.Pollock as well but after finding out he charges extra for stuff I went with Dr.Follows and he did a great job. He drives an S5 btw but wants to get back into M cars :P
