Club16 referral
 

Went to the Burnaby Club16 to sign up today and they wanted to charge me $100 registration fee and said the only way they can waive the fee is if someone refers me.

This might be a long shot but does anyone with a Club16 membership want to refer me? PM me if you can, thanks!

I would just walk out. You are giving them your business and they want to charge you an extra $100. There are tons of other gyms out there.

just write to trevor linden and complain..

or catch him at club16 by the convention centre at 6am and tell him..

Yeah man that sounds like crap. That initiation is almost half my yearly membership cost

yeah I did walk out after hearing they wouldn't waive my initiation fee.

I have a membership at golds burnaby which i still plan to keep but i recently got a new job near the kingsway location and want to work out there during my lunch break.

There's also a club16 in Abbotsford. Just opened up though, so I don't think you need a referral to sign up there.
