Underground parking rent

Hi,
Im looking to rent out my underground parking spot in Richmond.
have never done it before, how much do people usually charge for 1 parking underground spot in Richmond? Location is about 15 mins walk from richmond centre.

People were offering $60/month.

I live in a newer condo complex across from richmond centre. I see postings at my complex where people rent out their spots for 40 to 50 dollars per month so if you're getting 60 per month that sounds reasonable.

make sure ur strata allow third party rentals of tenant spots. many don't.

this is assuming you don't rent to someone in the building.

Ive accepted the $60 offer month to month basis.
Checked my strata and they only allow to rent to residence.

i've seen parking space around RC for rent for 50-60 dollar range, but they're literally 1-2 blocks from RC, not 15 minutes.

well he rented it out, so either you're talking shit, or OP has rented to an idiot.

you're not adding anything by making comments about what you've "seen"

too late now since you can only rent to residents
Do not do month to month, collect once every 6 months, this prevents you having to beg for rent every month. collect one full year is too much so 6 months is legit.
