| Liquid and Carry on
I got a few conflicting source as to carry liquid with you on plane.
I contacted TSA and the guy and the phone told me the rules is that I have to put all my liquids in bottles no more than 100ml each and they will give you a bag that's 1L to put them in. As long as all your liquid bottle fits in the 1L bag is all good. The bottles themselves can be in any shape as size as long as they are less than 100ml each. Also the color of the bottle doesn't matter, it could be black, green orange for all they care.
However a couple of friends who travel frequent and a flight attendant told me the bottle have to clear so the TSA can inspect the content inside if need to. Also I need my own 1L bag to put the liquid in.
Really strange so any RS have any advice? Also is the TSA rule international so the same rule applies if I take a flight in Italy, China, Japan etc etc....... thanks!

TSA is US. So if you aren't flying in and out of the USA then you don't need to worry about things like TSA approved locks etc.
I use clear bottles as well (don't know if theres a colour rule), just buy the clear ones from daiso or some other cheap place.

You bring your own bag. Some airports may have them available.
But they are basically just a ziplock bag with bunch of words / rules on it.

If you got Nexus, then you can get TSA Pre Check which allows to keep carry on liquids in your bag.

or is it included in the nexus and just provide the nexus number when you are booking the airline ticket?

when you print you broarding pass it should have the TSA pre on there.

I don't think the bottles need to be clear. In fact, if you go to a store and buy travel size shampoo, etc... the bottle will likely not be clear.
