Probably first row sports or whatever will have it

We're gonna go to the pint and watch I think, fucking $20 cover wackness though

willystyle 05-01-2015 06:19 PM

firstrow has HD streams?

As far as I know, it's 480p at best.

murd0c 05-01-2015 06:44 PM

that would be correct on the shitty 480p

Networks put up the cash. Also most people could not afford to pay for the fight even if they had a receiver with PPV capabilities .

dlo 05-01-2015 07:47 PM

going to the pint also, see u guys there!!

knight604 05-01-2015 07:50 PM

thegentleman 05-01-2015 09:39 PM

Someone skype it using an HD camera. Haha.

I just moved to Fort Mac for school yesterday and was exploring the area today and a strip club right across the street from the school showing it. Kinda tempted to watch it there..

Pacquiao definitely won the swagger contest there. He was trolling Floyd the whole time.

lol @ him eating some butterfingers right after weigh-ins

spideyv2 05-01-2015 10:58 PM

Honestly, Manny looked like he had absolutely nothing to lose

He's already lost, been knocked out cold, coming in as the underdog, and making over $100 million

Which is true, Pacquiao has nothing at all to lose. Which is why it looks like he's not taking the fight quite as seriously as Mayweather who has basically everything on the line.

That's not a fair assessment.

Skill-wise, Floyd will always be tighter than Manny, but one thing Manny does unfailingly is ALWAYS bringing excitement to his fights. Pacquiao's demeanor has always been happy-go-lucky in all of his fights; but that doesn't mean he's not been taking his fights seriously.

Remember his fight with Margarito? He had a concert booked right after his match, win or lose LOL.

Floyds definitely taking it seriously
This happened in fight week
Mayweather forces Pacquiao to get his cup checked - CBSSports.com

and then tried and failed to get manny to switch gloves like maidana
Floyd Mayweather camp's challenge of Manny Pacquiao's preapproved gloves denied

To me the 09-11 version of pacman had the best chance of winning

But I still give him a chance because his a fast south paw
Floyd last fought a south paw with zab judah in 06, if you watch that fight he actualy got clipped and KD but never called. (i didnt count victor ortiz as you guys saw what happened in that fight lol

I bet on pac

taeyoung92 05-02-2015 12:15 AM

with a fight of this magnitude, they both have lots of pressure here and both have something to lose. floydd has the 0 on the line that he loves to talk about so much, and pacquiao is who everyone expects to dethrone floyd. i think floyd only has more pressure on him but he put that on himself

pretty much everyone else ive talked to outside of this thread about the big fight are saying stuff like "pacquiao aint got a chance" "team money all the way" blah blah blah. now if your an actual boxing fan and your supporting mayweather ok then thats fine. but most of the people are just jumping on the bandwagon and became boxing fans overnight. mayweather deserves to be the favourite cuz hes obviously undeafeted, but dont be so quick to write off pacquiao.

its nice to talk about boxing with people who actually know and are true fans of the sport, cuz i thinks its safe to say majority of people choose to watch the ufc now (which i dont blame them for) cuz they always give what the fans want to see, but for ppl like myself i will always be a fan of boxing whether the big names retire or not

taeyoung92 05-02-2015 12:31 AM

predictions on how the fight will end? my picks

1) mayweather wins in unanimous decison or
2) pacquiao wins in split decision

i dont really see anyone KO/TKO anyone in this fight, and after this fight with all the money their gunna generate im predicting a rematch in sept which will be meayweathers last fight

Lots of fans are dumb. I'm actually quite surprised how some of the self disputed "educated" fans write off one fighter or the other. I'm a huge Manny fan, but that doesn't mean I can't be a huge fan of Floyd either. You support Floyd? Good, he deserves the recognition, but don't act like Manny is a slouch.

Some choose one side, while completely shitting on the accomplishments of the other.

Fuck off. Both fighters, win or lose, will be Hall of Famers. Floyd and Manny have already built a lasting legacy that won't be affected at all by the outcome of this fight.

Anyway, who else is excited for tomorrow? It's coming!!! I'm in Japan so the main event will air right at lunch time. Also, its the holidays over here so that just makes it even sweeter!

fliptuner 05-02-2015 09:17 AM

Agreed. But what's happening tomorrow? :troll:

taeyoung92 05-02-2015 09:57 AM

today is the day i've been waiting for for 6 god damn years, LETS GO PAC!!:willnill:

hopalong 05-02-2015 10:03 AM

pastarocket 05-02-2015 10:06 AM

Drow 05-02-2015 10:12 AM

originally i supported manny for the fight

but about 2 nights ago this dreaded pinoy threw and fed mid in one of my dota 2 games. just purposely fed and ruined the game for me. got so fucking mad and queued up for another game and then i got him on my team again. same fucking shit.

now i'm cheering for mayweather.

xxxrsxxx 05-02-2015 10:21 AM

where is everyone watching the fight?
