Both pitchers Estrada and Volquez look sharp to start game 5. Go Jays! Fire up those bats. |
I wonder why Jays got the best odds to win when KC looks stacked and Mets are on fire. |
Quote:
Their pitching was rock solid once Price was added to the rotation and they had the best offense in baseball. They led the league in home runs and runs scored. They scored 161 more runs than the second place RBI team in the entire league :lol |
Top 9, down a run, runner on 3rd w/ no outs and you can't manufacture a run? GG |
Bases should've been loaded when Revere was up to bat. Those last two strikes the umpire called were completely bogus |
The Blue Jays lost to a Royals team with superior pitching team and a more balanced offence. The Royals have players who can get hits and get on base while Toronto relies too much on the home runs. Jays have trouble winning games when it is a low scoring game. Only Bautista gave this team a chance in game 6 with his home runs. What a catch by Revere at the fence. Talk about hustle. Mad respect for Joey Batts for the way elevated that he his play in this year's playoffs. That home run in game 5 vs. the Rangers and the bat flip are legendary! The Jays must improve their pitching in order to have a chance to get to a World Series. Although David Price made a good adjustment in game 6 by throwing his curve ball to help him get strike out Royals players, he still has no playoff wins. He is a free agent. Jays president Anthopoulos has no new contract. I hope this president stays with the team so that he can sign a pitcher who can win in the post season. Fans of the Blue Jays should be proud of what this team accomplished. Who would have thought a .500 team in mid season would win the AL east division, win 11 straight games at one point, and go to the ALCS? This team played well for each other and its fans. Donaldson, Tulowitzki, and Price made this team stronger to make the playoffs. Go Jays go! This team will be fun to watch next season. :fullofwin: |
i hope the mets win since the jays are out :okay: |
I'm die hard Blue Jays fan, been one since the Romero era. It's been a rough couple of days -_- Looking forward to kick ass next year though! |
KC totally exploiting NYM relievers and taking advantage of infield mistakes with aggressive base running. Well deserved. |
I am, right up until they have to go to the bullpen. |
yo baseball mlb keeps on giving me voices so gay and they been threating me |
Redsox rules! |
What a clutch home run by Encarnacion to defeat the Orioles! :fuckyea: The fourth walk off HR in team post season history. Good call by JB to start Stroman. The bullpen played well last night. Batflip 2.0 by Bautista vs Texas? :troll: Game 1 vs Texas is this Thursday at 1230pm. |
Jays vs Texas is gonna be good. Lots of bad blood going into this. I normally don't care much for baseball but this I will watch! |
:lawl: i wonder how long til they find who this moron is |
alrdy identified and rcmp are encouraging him to find legal advice and turn himself in lmfao game at 1230 today leggo gun be a sick series |
Wow. Congrats to the Cubbies after 108 years. Cleveland gets a taste of 3-1 lead and blows it. Similar to how GSW were up 3-1 and blew it in the NBA finals. |
SLAPASS |
Sports joke of the year will be Indians blew a 3-1 lead LOL |

Rare posts in this thread but goosebumps! MLB did a great job ...this is so much better than those ad nauseum NHL outdoor classics. |
I don't watch baseball but I saw this, and it's beyond amazing. We're witnessing one of the greatest achievements in all of modern (as in the last century) sports history. |
Dusty Baker Jr wins his 1st World Series as manager of the Houston Astros ... congratulations! |
History was made last night .. |
