All 5th gens and most 4th gen preludes already have an H22
Unless you're doing the JDM H22A SiR S-Spec or Type S swap
Or you built up an OEM H22 ?
Or you're swapping the OEM H22 from a Prelude into another vehicle?

pics of underscore's Prelude?
I don't see Prelude in your signature
I'm for sale as well and its not listed either but will be soon once I get some photos of it, hah.
*technically* it's my girlfriends, but since we swapped it to a manual a few years back she hasn't driven it. Pics will be taken soon, I just have to clean a couple things up (like the notorious flappy door handles) before I do.

No longer a Prelude owner. Sold a car with $20k in receipts for parts alone. All installed brand new and have less than 500kms (not 500,000....500). I was hard pressed to get the $7000 I needed out of the car even with 20k recently invested into it....sad to say but these things are worth nothing now even with completely built motors.
Jesus man.... $7000 for a Prelude as great as yours...
Its honestly disappointing to hear that.
What are your plans now?
It was sad to see the car go for so little. It was listed for much more (started at 12K I thing) but with the market the way it is, the age of the car and the type of people who are general interested in older Hondas it was a hard sell. I got what I needed out of the car so that I can pay off the wedding stuff so I'm happy.
The new owner seems to be very pleased and realy interested in learning more about the car so I was happy to see that.
No matter what one is never investing into a vehicle. Cars depreciate, unless it somehow becomes a collector car and even then most of the time it has to be all original.
I'm not an expect on this though and I'm known to be wrong quite often.
I'll probably letting my Prelude go for 500 bucks, hah. No market for Preludes.

Exactly. The Prelude was always a less loved Honda so its hard to sell.
Question for all of you prelude owners. My check engine light just came on recently and the cars been driving about the same as usual. The one thing I've noticed is the gas mileage going to absolute shit. Is it safe to assume that it's the O2 sensors?

Why don't you just quickly check what the CEL is for using a paperclip/wire or an OBD2 reader.

Generally speaking any CEL will hurt your fuel mileage as your car goes into limp mode. There's a shitload of possible causes for a CEL so pull the code and find out.
