Why did I look at this thread! Now I'm itching for a new helmet and I don't need one.

Does anyone use an AGV helmet wearing glasses? From what I remember, it didn't fit too nicely with my glasses on.

Aiko??

Check out Pacific motorsports. If you're talking about the misano shark helmet, they have a couple. They had a small and medium small I tried on.

just throwing this out there hope its ok in this section.

Where do you buy your helmet local shop or online?

Good local shop(s) that carries a wide variety of helmets (different brands) so you can try on say a shoei or arai with out having to drive across town

It's been a while since I have logged in here but I remember there is this thread so I decided to come back and share and give a little update

A little bit messy since there is a lot of stuff everywhere now, I will be adding a new cabinet next week since I got a few new helmets and also have some coming in

I added 2 new helmets this week, brought it back after coming back from Asia which was sitting there for a bit waiting for me

I added this one to the collection, its the Rossi 2016 Winter Test in Pista GP

I also added the Rossi Sole Luna 2016 Pista GP-R to my collection

The Pista GP-R is the new flagship helmet of AGV with some upgrades to the Pista GP.

It features a new liner with better material for the pads, different spoiler, and also a Hydration system built in ready to plug in!

If anyone have questions or want more close up pictures of sertain parts, let me know!

My helmet that I picked up last year. Needs a lot more break-in time but I like it.

I have a Bell MX-9. Worn it for about 1500 km through Shanghai and Bangkok and I've really enjoyed it. No hot points although the visor is a bitch at speed.

Hey y'all my Dad and I are going to go explore Thailand on motorcycle/scooter and he needs a helmet better than the plastic baseball caps that people use there.

He doesn't need/want anything fancy as he won't be riding much/at all back in Canada after our trip.

Any suggestions on what he should get and where to get it in Vancouver? He has a pretty small head and wears glasses.

Whats your dad's riding experience? IMO I wouldnt cheap out on a helmet even for short term. Obviously we hope you guys dont get into any accidents but if they were to happen a cheap helmet wont do you any better than a bicycle helmet. My first helmet was a Kaos carbon fiber helmet (Now known as Riot $275), crashed and hit my head doing about 50-60kp/h and got a concussion. Not a fun thing. If your dad isn't experienced the roads in Thailand aren't great and potholes are everywhere. Get good gear.. Plus if you cant keep up with the locals who rip around town, you have a higher chance of getting hit.
