RS Spring Meet Premeet @ Silvercity Riverport
 

Was putting together a small premeet for my Element group, but looks like it will be a much smaller group than I expected, so I'm opening it up for all to join.

Premeet Location and Time

8:00AM - rollout at 8:30AM sharp
SilverCity Riverport Cinemas: 14211 Entertainment Way, Richmond, BC.

Before we proceed, as with all car meets/cruises, it is necessary to lay out some ground rules. Anyone is welcome to join us, but please note:

ETIQUETTE

MEETS

***If anyone attending our premeet or joining our cruise to Spanish Banks is caught performing any acts of stupidity such as wildly revving their engine, doing burnouts, squealing tires, or driving in an otherwise dangerous manner putting other motorists on the road at risk which includes excessively speeding and weaving in and out of traffic, you will not only be publicly shamed, I will personally dial 911 on my phone to report you to the police. PLEASE BE MATURE!***

• Please park your vehicle in a manner that is considerate to others.
• When meeting outside of your vehicles, try not to stand in the way of other traffic.
• Pick up after yourself and don’t leave a mess.
• If you do not wish to have your photo taken by other members and possibly having these photos posted on the net, please park away from the group.

CRUISES

• When traveling in large convoys, you are responsible for the person behind you. If others behind you become separated at a stop light, please make an effort to pull over in a safe place to wait for the convoy to catch up. Please do not disrupt traffic by stopping in a traffic lane.

Obviously we do not encourage any sort of street racing or otherwise dangerous behaviour, but everyone who chooses to participate in this event is responsible for their own actions.

Just a suggestion, but I'd make the roll-out time a bit earlier.

Last year the BMW pre-meet rolled out at 10:15, got to Spanish banks at 10:40, and ALL the main lots were full. We had to park in one of the lots wayy out.

Updated. Thanks for the heads-up, forgot about the BMW pre-meet last year that I was actually part of haha.

Seems like a cool idea, meeting at 8 then leaving at 8:20 seems like a pretty short amount of time between grouping up and rolling out. It might be cool to chat a bit before the huge meet.

I'm down to meet up tho, I will bring my Prelude and at least another car or two.

Also rollout time changed to 8:30AM sharp, 30 minutes should be enough time for peeps to grab a coffee or a quick bite from Subway.
