I like using the term because it sounds like a semi-classy way to describe a beautiful woman in more hipster-esque terms. "Smoke show" carries a strong cultural crossover into both urban hillbilly speak and Surrey jack vocabulary as the appeal of the term and how it rolls off the tongue penetrates social strata both horizontally and vertically. Truly a versatile word.
